## Options

### Settings

The **Settings** section provides a central hub for personalization. Here you can see the name of your organization and the current **subscription status** (Basic or Pro). In addition, you can make important individual customizations such as selecting the **language**, formatting of **date and number displays**, choosing a preferred **theme**, and enabling organization-wide **two-factor authentication** (MFA).

### McCafe PMX

The **McCafe PMX** section presents a detailed list of products, including **article number and product name**. For each product, you can individually determine whether it should be included in the McCafe area calculations of the Total View. An intuitive filter function allows quick searching for products by article number, product name, and activation status.

### KPI Targets

Under **KPI Targets**, you manage the target values and tolerances for **service times** and **productivity**, which are used directly as central settings for all users, all apps (Web App, Mobile App, Tablet App), and Players. These KPI targets enable a quick visual assessment of performance: **Green** signals excellent results, **Orange** indicates acceptable performance, while **Red** highlights areas that require attention.

**For "Service Times" (R2P and OEPE):**

- **Target value:** This value determines **when** the display changes from **green to orange**. If your service times exceed this value, the icon turns orange to show that things are running slower than your target.
- **Tolerance value:** This value determines **when** the display changes from **orange to red**. If service times exceed this value even further, the icon turns red, meaning it is significantly slower than your target and you may want to take a closer look.
- **Important:** The tolerance value must always be greater than or equal to the target value.

**For "Live People" (Net Productivity, Gross Productivity, and Guest Productivity):**

- **Target value:** Here it is exactly the opposite! This value determines **when** the display changes from **orange to green**. If your productivity values reach or exceed this value, the icon turns green to show that you have reached or exceeded your target.
- **Tolerance value:** This value determines **when** the display changes from **red to orange**. If your productivity values reach this value, the display improves from red to orange, meaning things are moving in the right direction but may not yet reach your optimal target.
- **Important:** The target value must always be greater than or equal to the tolerance value.

**In summary:**

- For **Service Times**, higher values mean worse performance, so the color changes from good (green) to worse (orange, red) when values are exceeded.
- For **Live People**, higher values mean better performance, so the color changes from worse (red, orange) to good (green) when values are reached.
