## Description

The module Food & Paper Cost gives an overview of the Product and Non Product sales and the detailed Food & Paper costs. It shows a comparison of target and actual costs for Food & Paper.

First, summarised costs are shown (Actual Usage Cost, Total Target Cost and Deviation Total).

- Total Target Cost contains materials without recipe, waste, promo, personal food
- Actual Usage Cost contains materials without recipe, waste, promo, personal food

This is followed by an insight into the following items for Food & Paper:

- Actual Usage Cost (incl. materials without recipe, waste, promo, personal food)
- Promo Total
- Waste Total
- Employee Meal
- Manager Meal
- Total excluding booked waste charges, CO2 deliveries, petty cash & other
- Materials Without Recipe
- Customer Discount
- Yield
