## Description

The report shows the consolidated PMX data for a flexible number of restaurants. Subtotals and averages are calculated for each group. By expanding the sections, the available product groups and products can be viewed.

**The product mix is hierarchically grouped into:**

- Product / Non Product
- PMX main groups (Sandwich / Non Sandwich / Breakfast)
- PMX groups

Subtotals and averages are calculated for each group. Groups can be expanded and collapsed.

**Explanation of some columns:**

- Grp-%: Share of sold units of this product in relation to all sold units of the same product group
- Tot-%: Share of sold units of this product in relation to all sold units of the same main product group
- EUR Grp-%: Sales share of this product in the total sales of the same product group
- EUR Tot-%: Sales share of this product in the total sales of the same main product group
