## Description

The dashboard shows information and KPIs about the McDonald's Germany loyalty program (MyMcDonald's Rewards).

This includes:

- Points collected and redeemed by guests
- Active guests and relation to the total number of guests
- Sales from active guests and additional revenue from loyalty redemptions
- Food & Paper costs from redemptions

- Flexible restaurant selection
- Time period: from day - to day

## Information

The report is created by linking back office (MyStore), POS (NewPos6), and loyalty data from McDonald's Global. Since the data from these different sources does not always arrive and get processed in Webcockpit simultaneously, there may be a delayed update of the report (currently up to 3 days).
