## Description

The report shows additional KPIs for RDZ/EotF restaurants (Restaurant of the Future, Experience of the Future).

These include:

- Delivery Sales
- Mobile Order Sales
- Table Service
- Adjusted (actual) Kiosk Sales
- Customer payment behavior at Kiosk

The report is divided into two main areas:

- POD Overview:

Depending on the counter types available in the restaurant, they are displayed dynamically here

- Detail Overview:

Details on payment behavior at the Kiosk and Table Service shares

## Information

The KPIs for this report are not read from the back office system RDS/MyStore as before, but are calculated directly from the individual transactions of the POS system (NewPos6). If there are discrepancies between TKB and this Webcockpit report, this is due to different calculation methods between NewPos6 TKB and Webcockpit. Who tells the truth must be decided on a case-by-case basis.

The following discrepancies are known (list will be expanded):

- Promo deposit: If a deposit-bearing beverage is sold as a promo, the TKB does not include this in total sales. So if the Webcockpit sales are higher by a number divisible by 0.25, Webcockpit is very likely "more correct". (Confirmed by McD, POS update in planning)
- Discrepancies in the cent range: Very sporadically (approx. 1:1,500,000) amounts of 1 cent are deducted from the total of individual transactions (=> Webcockpit shows 1 cent more than TKB). The cause is currently under investigation.
- Discrepancy in POD distribution Total View vs Sales Insights report:

  - All sales-relevant figures in the Total View are taken directly from the TKB. In the TKB, e.g. for McDrive, only product sales are reported, while the Sales Insights report shows Product + Non Product.
  - There are shifts Front Counter -> Kiosk, because all orders placed at the kiosk (regardless of payment point) are assigned to Kiosk
  - There are shifts Drive -> App & Front Counter -> App, because all orders placed in the App are assigned to the App
