Restaurant Settings

Restaurant configuration and settings documentation.

Description

Under Restaurant Settings, users with the Org. Administrator role have comprehensive control over restaurant data and restaurant settings.

Restaurant Settings overview

You can:

  • View and edit restaurant data: This includes basic information about the restaurant.
  • Add target crew hours: This allows the entry of custom target hours for the target hours variance calculation.
  • Assign or remove users to restaurants: Administrators can determine which users have access to specific restaurants.
  • View opening hours: An overview of the restaurant’s operating hours is also available here.

Select a Restaurant

To select a restaurant, click the restaurant icon. This opens a new window on the right side of your screen.

In this new window, you can simply click a restaurant from the displayed list to select it. Alternatively, you can enter the number or name of the desired restaurant in the search field.

The following options can be selected:

The following restaurant data can be viewed:

  • Name
  • Number
  • Display name
  • Display number
  • Description
  • Online date
  • Address data
  • Country code
  • Which data options, live data, Reflexis, Mein Dienstplan are activated

Display name and display number, description, and address data can be changed.

Target Crew Hours

Here, gross sales ranges (from - to) and the associated target crew hours can be stored. If the current gross sales fall within a defined lower and upper limit, the custom target crew hours stored there are used. These serve as the basis for calculating the target hours variance in the Personnel section of the Total View. It is possible to store multiple pairs of lower and upper limits along with the corresponding target hours. This allows flexible adjustment of target hours to different sales levels.

User Assignment

Users can be assigned to or removed from the restaurant. There is also a button to select all available users and another to remove all selected users.

Opening Hours

The opening hours of the selected restaurant are displayed.
