Total View Layout Management
Total View Layout Management module documentation.
Description
This module shows a list of all layouts. New layouts can be created and existing ones edited.
There are three types of layouts:
- Private (own Layouts)
- Those shared by another user within the organisation
- System Default (market specific layouts)
Change Layout
To switch up your view, click the “Layouts” button located on the Total View page.
A list of available layouts will appear in the right-hand panel. Simply click an item to select it.
To save your choice, don’t forget to click “Update View” at the bottom of the panel.
Create/Edit Layout
A new layout is created by clicking on the following button.
Once on the dedicated page, user can edit the name of the layout and change the visibility (Private, Shared with Organisation or Shared with Market).
To add a new section, click the “Add Section” button. This creates a new row where you can name your section. Then, use the “Assign Rows” button to choose items from a list and add them to that section, by using checkbox.
