DATEV Settings Data
Advisor and client number for all restaurants or per restaurant.
DATEV Master Data
This area is used to maintain the employees and wage types for the individual restaurants. A restaurant must be selected before maintenance. All employees and wage types for which wage transactions have already been imported from the selected restaurant are created by default. In addition, both employees and wage types can be created and deleted for each restaurant.
Employees
The personnel number is displayed for each employee and an export ID must be defined. Employees are only exported if a green tick appears next to ‘Waiting’.
Employees with a gray X are not exported.
Wage Types
The wage type (RDS) is displayed for each wage type and an export ID must be defined. In addition, the processing code (according to LODAS definition 1 = time and 2 = euro) (only Lodas) or default key (only wages and salaries) must be defined.
The other fields have the following meaning:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Is exported | If set: hours with this pay type are exported |
| Export negative | The determined value is multiplied by -1. |
| Amount-based pay type | If set: amounts are exported, otherwise: hours are exported |
| Export cumulative | If set: all transactions of the month with the same employee, restaurant, and pay type are cumulative, the first day of the month is used as the booking date, otherwise: a separate entry is created in the export file for each payroll transaction |
| Export days | If set: days are exported, otherwise: hours are exported |
Note
The default key can be selected from a list whose entries were taken from the description of the wage and salary import interface. You cannot enter your own default key as these are not permitted according to the description in Payroll.
